Sarah Irby has 35 plus years’ experience in accounting and office manager fields. She moved from the Delta in 1993 to join the Helton family as office manager of Party Time Ice. Her background includes bookkeeper for two truck lines, staff accountant at Lewis Grocer in Indianola, and office manager for Reddy Ice in Yazoo City.
She is married to Kenny Irby and they have two sons Ken and Kent. She attends Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ in Bentonia.
